I will provide you with a 1hr phone or video consult where we can discuss your concerns and issues related to your eating habits and I will suggest for you ways to eat better and items you should eliminate from your diet. Additionally, if you so chose, we can discuss any mental health issues surrounding food, and we can discuss effective writing practices i have found to help you get on the right track. If addressing any struggles you may have with working out is of interest, we can discuss solutions that work for you as well. This is a wellness coaching session.
