Getting in the Zone Wellness Kit
Getting started is the hardest part when it comes to lifestyle changes; and I want you to look at this as just that- a lifestyle change. I don’t believe in diets, as they come with an expiration date. I believe the best way to kick-start such a change in your eating regime, is to begin with a detox.
For the first week, I’ll be providing recipes that will detox the mind, body and spirit. You’ll notice that this detox week is Vegan, which would help to cleanse the body of deleterious build-ups and improve the health of your gut. I will also be including a 20 minute workout video geared towards workouts you can do in the comfort of your own home. Along with accountability checks.
