Carrot Top Pecan Pesto (Coconut oil)

Ingredients:
1 Organic Bunch Carrot (tops only)
¼ c Organic Cilantro (leaves only)
2 tbsp Organic Oregano (leaves only)
1 clove Organic Garlic (chopped)
½ Organic Orange  Zest
½ c Organic Pecans (chopped)
⅓ c Organic Coconut Oil (melted)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions:
Add carrot tops, cilantro, oregano, garlic, orange zest, pecans, and coconut oil to a cuisinart and pulse for a few seconds until well combined. Transfer to a small bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. This sauce goes well with pasta, fish, chicken and can be used as a crust on beef. Store in an airtight container, in the fridge for up to 1 week.
